Sisters Together Are Reaching Success, LLC (S.T.A.R.S., LLC), is an educational enrichment and consulting program specifically designed for girls to promote self-esteem and social skills through cultural enrichment and building leadership skills.
The S.T.A.R.S. Leadership Program offers a variety to interactive and engaging workshops for youth to address five basic life skills: etiquette/manners, effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution and goal setting. It also offers youth a “tool kit” of solution-focused strategies and techniques and a “road map” to become critical thinkers and more equipped to stay focused on their goals for the future.
The S.T.A.R.S. LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE offers staff development training and consultation in behavior management strategies to individuals, groups and organizations working with youth.
